Heap pricing and ordering info

Basically -

Heap is $10. Limit of two per household from 7/12 - 7/14, then limits removed on 7/15 if stock left

Limited number of Reborn 2 figures on sale at that time as well.

I had a spare heap of the two I already had.

Looking at it, I am not that enthralled with having another one.
